[Ticket 899635] Bug involving Terran Empire Jupiter Outfit (Leeta's Variants)

NAME OF CHARACTER(S): Nori, and Yuki (problem is on 2 characters)
Hi, I bought the “Outfit Box - Terran Empire Jupiter Outfit (Leeta’s Variants)” costume on two characters on my STO account (from Lobi store).
The problem is with the “Shorts - Terran 2” at the tailor. UI-wise, I have a green checkmark next to it (implying I have unlocked and don’t need to spend zen to wear it). However, when I attempt to wear that item on either character, the game says “Total Cost: 6000”.
So, I am unable to wear this item unless I pay 6000 zen, which I shouldn’t have to because the game indicates it is already unlocked (green checkmark).
Here is a screenshot of the UI. I've highlighted the relevant areas in the image within red dashed boxes.
I was able to recreate this bug on a second character. Would you please be able to help me on this?
