Problem with Terran Shorts - 2

nixxbainenixxbaine Member Posts: 8 Arc User
A long time ago I purchased the Terran kit from the lobi store, I believe the shorts were named something else previously so this could have caused an issue?
Regardless, the little green tick says I own it then it still says I have to pay a bunch of zen to alter a costume involving the shorts, as seen in the image ujmd0gg6l2pe.jpg

Is it definitely the shorts that's causing the Zen balance requirement, or is it something else?
If you untick the box marked "Show unowned costume parts" can you still create the outfit you want, and does it still require a payment of Zen?

Yeah I did that, turns out if I make the same costume the zen requirement goes away... But so do my legs

    So, we have 2 possibilities:
    1. Something else is causing the Zen requirement;
    2. There's a phantom set of "Shorts - Terran 2" hiding behind/on-top-of the visible listing.
When selected, the bought version is applied to the character & the phantom-unbought copy is applying a Zen requirement.

Now, I'm hoping the real issue is number 1, but there's a nagging feeling in my head that's telling me something like number 2 is happening...

    Edit:
I had a go at decking out Elisa Flores with a suitable Terran-oriented outfit, making sure to include the options you specified and her legs stayed visible and no Zen charge was pplied.
I ticked the box for "Show unowned costume parts" and nothing changed.

I own the version that comes from the Mirror Universe bundle, and the legs on characters I choose to wear it with appear just fine, with no Zen requirement because I already own the associated purchase. Every post about it on this forum suggests to me that this appears to only affect the Lobi Store version. If you own the Mirror Universe bundle, I expect you might be unable to reproduce the issue...

Alas it was the lobi store version I purchased, the 'jupiter uniform' variant and from what Im seeing there is no seeming fix. Tickets haven't been able to remedy it either, so will just wait and see if anything is done in time.

Ah, ok - that explains that. The only Legendary ship I wanted to have and mainly due to all those shiny extras!

This has been happening to me too! With the Lobi store Jupiter Leeta outfit.

They're invisible at first, and if you get them to show up then it says you need to pay Zen even if you own them.

I sent a ticket a few days ago about this and it was answered yesterday.

    (Private correspondence removed. - BMR)

So basically, we have to wait until they update it I guess.
