Torpedo Command and Control starship trait bug

Basically, once you unlock the starship trait Torpedo Command and Control from the legendary Akira its automatically active all the time.

video shows that unequipping the trait does not stop the trait from being triggered off Miracle Worker bridge officer abilities.

I have tried relogging, and changing toons and creating a brand new ship, the trait can still be procced upon any activation of MW BOFF abilities, which leads me to believe its always on as long as its unlocked.

if it's not taking up a slot then that's a good thing. can't wait to unlock it to go with the new torpedoes
