Extra ability in skill wheel (space)

I'm not really complaining about this but I'd love to know why it's happening. I'm flying a Peregrine. I have FAW equipped. In my skill wheel in space it has FAW1 AND C:RF1. It's excellent as I can select that so that my FAW works with auto-execute (which for some ridiculous reason doesn't auto-execute if I have it in my tray and select auto-execute). Any idea where this cannon rapid fire came from? I'm not even using cannons.

    It's a built-in ability to the Peregrine Attack Fighter, just as most other shuttle-type craft have a built-in ability.
