Legendary First Strike Bundle issues

Both the Legendary Akira and Valdore do not show up in the ship vendor. To requisition them I had to go through the Zen store option. Another oddity with these ships is the background for the ship selection on the Valdore is odd. I attached a screenshot for reference. Finally the Maelstrom Torpedoes say "consumed on use" and are bound to account instead of character is this correct? Thank you.

My Valdore looks the same in my ship selector too.
The Maelstrom has 3 charges that when fired, will go to zero and it takes time to recharge. The charges are "consumed on use".
