Hi Guys, on Apr. 12, 2023 I submitted a support ticket (#: 891733) for this issue but never got a response.

Hi. I bought a "UNIOUE BORG OFFICER FEMALE" (Starfleet Engineering Bridge Officer) from the Zen Store and now the character is invisible. She doesn't show up on ANY SCREEN or MENU, including in the world (in or out of combat).

I'd really appreciate your assistance. I just bought this one.

    NEVERMIND, figured it out. Gave her a new hairstyle and she popped back in. :)
    -Guess the "French Twist" hairdo is bugged.

    Are we all gonna give our characters the French Twist now to mess with everyone else and make them think their PS4's are broken, not showing up other player characters?
