Starfleet Delta Recruit suck in Armory in tutorial?

I've equipped both weapons and the door will not open

same problem in armory on pc . tried making multiple toons , and logging in and out of game no luck

It happenned to me, too. I tried to respawn, the "stuck" option too, didn't work.
Finally I selected "change character" and got in game again, and (voila) I was on the other side of the door of amoury and able to continue. Hope that helps.
