[PC] Missing items from Starter Pack

I was informed by a friendly GM to post a thread into the bug report section about two ships missing from a pack. I bought the Legacy of Romulus Starter Pack and recently accepted it on my Romulan Character Logicloki@logosloki. The pack contains a title, two Boff slots, a Liberated Reman Boff, the T'Varo Light Warbird as well as its Retrofit. Neither of the ships have unlocked after accepting the pack. The T'Varo Light Warbird shows up in Ship Acquisitions but has the buy button greyed out with a dash on it. The Retrofit is floating in the store and shows up with a zen purchase price rather than available. Any help would be appreciable.
