Map - Starbase Fleet Defense TFO map
Issue - The map/TFO was never set to use Lighting 2.0, and so with Lighting 2.0 enabled, all ships, and objects in the map glow bright, untextured blue.
This can be seen in the following video at the 17:03 minute mark (link is to that second)
Resolution - it can be resolved by disabling Lighting 2.0 as demonstrated in the video at the 18:38 mark .
Both the effect, and the resolution were tested on multiple systems at the same time (as demonstrated in the video)
