I'm unable to train my science bridge officers with the training manuals recieved from a story mission. They are:
Training Manual - Science - Destabalizing Resoncance Beam I
Training Manual - Science - Destabalizing Resoncance Beam II
Training Manual - Science - Destabalizing Resoncance Beam III

My bridge Science bridge officers are Commander rank. These are all absent from the skills list (Lt and above per the requirements), thus unable to train.

After doing some other searches, this seems to have been reported back in Feb of 2021 as well.

Are the training manuals in your bank instead of inventory? I am able to train my officers in DRB no problem, just did one today with DRB3.
