[BUG ]Fleet Description bug due to "Profanity Filter"

I cannot correctly modify the description of the fleet, as the cursor never moves. If I try click in the middle of a lengthy fleet description, it auto scrolls down.
The issue is when the Profanity Filter is toggled to "off", it causes the problem. Once you switch it to "on", it "resolves" the issue. But that being said, that's merely a workaround and not a solution per se.
