BOFs not using Medical generator and a few other ground skills

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Medical generator, Gravitic Induction Field(MW specialization), Logical Bomb(MW), Tecnical Mishap(MW), and probably other ground skills are never used by the BOFs.
And this is broken for almost more than a year.

    Can you elaborate on the other ground skills that BOFFs are not using? There are a lot of ground skills in-game. This would help the devs. Also, they recommend that you use the bug reporting format that is stickied in this forum.
