I really want the Caelian multi mission but I don't really care for 2409 fed, I really enjoy TOS fed more, will the ship ever be sold separate from the bundle? Or should I buy it now since it's on sale ?

It's unlikely that they'll ever start selling them separately, especially since they're still designing new ones and they probably don't want to give people the idea that they might as well wait a bit.

But who knows, it might happen. But I wouldn't bet on it, unless you're willing to wait for what will likely take years if it's ever going to happen.

Sorry, but 4 years of Legendary bundles, and none of them have been split up. Signs point to: no.

Unlikely. However... you should have the character slots to start a 2409 Fed to claim it. The ship itself becomes an account unlock so you'd be able to use it on your preferred TOS Fed. Its just most of the extras that aren't account bound will be left on the 2409 Fed.
