No Audio Effects for Phaser Weapons

With the anniversary event, suddenly my phaser weapons don't have audio anymore? What do we think that means?

Same thing happened on PC and last I heard they are still investigating it. IIRC it's not all weapons just some, making it harder to track down.

It's not the first time on XBOX when phasers loose sound effects. I confrim then: no phaser sounds on XBOX.

I have found an 27 days old (today is 15th march) topic on reddit listing how many sounds in the game were affected after the update. I'm shocked that after so long time we got the same bugged version on consoles:

Phasers still doesn't have a sound just like my tricoders on 23c characters. No patch since the last update.

Kelvin federation rifles have no audio and the pistols are very quiet.

Raised a ticket and advised to post here

It is most disconcerting to fire my phaser rifle and not have it make any sound, most disconcerting indeed. Please fix
