Missing/Greyed out Items & Ships

Hi player's and GM's,
So, I've had a few issues for the past couple of weeks that's concerned me with Account & Character binding. This is a Character wide issue and, I've uploaded some screenshots to help describe a few of those concerns. I hope we can get a fix for this and a Win/Win for the Trek Community and so I can get back to streaming a very well structured game to share with future players. Thank you for any help in advance
Item 1: Reclaimable Items are not able to be reclaimed from the Event Store or Dili. Store.
Item 2: At any "Acquire Ship" selector station I can't repurchase ships I already own that aren't in Dry Dock that I previously owned and it shows that I need to purchase the bundle for that ship. {{ :-'( I miss my Khitomer Alliance Battlecruiser [T6-X]}}

Just for your info
Mudd's Bundle ships are available for reclaim in the Mudd's bundle store.
Not all Ships in the ship requisition store let you directly claim, some will push you to the Zen store to reclaim them.
With the information above please write out each issue with each individual ship you are having an issue with.

1. Your game is broken. Fix it. Please. I would like to be able to play with the items I already own as a lifetime subscriber (see screenshot (25)
2. As a fellow and Senior Developer/Programmer for Windows Insider; I don't have time for this and you know that already. (This game is my ONLY enjoyment when I'm not pounding away on SQL or some other coding engine in crunch mode.)

4. Look at the filters tab on Acquire Ships screenshots I already uploaded and you'll see only "Purchased" is selected at my Character's current level of FA 65 and above.
5. NO KOBIYASHI MARU'S HERE ON YOUR END!

I'm sure, as a 'Senior Developer/Programmer', you'd appreciate the detail required for a full and accurate bug report so that you may easily try to replicate any issues being reported.

They're greyed out and non-clickable in the screenshots character wide.

Cryptic, Gearbox Publishing and, every other subsidiary attached = Not my monkey; not my circus. I'm just a consumer/end user/player. I do have the education & skill to fix it but, I would be severely violating ToS per our contractual agreement as me the End User am not authorized to modify or, even view the raw code format of the games proprietary software code. Yes, I do love highly detailed bug reports in the "Circus" I'm a part of and obligated to perform my duties to a standard that satisfies the end user without snarkiness and, lawyers getting involved. So, yes cooperation to alleviate these issues that affect mine & other player's accounts alike is paramount. I hope you would be as so inclined to agree? So, I'll stay in my lane (MS) and, you can stay in your's (Unreal Engine or...something else.) Let's both be professionals here and, get results. Cool?
Because I earned them from doing events over the past 3.5 light years of gameplay mate. The fact that I'm a lifetime subscriber doesn't entitle me to anything outside the scope of what I was already awarded with purchase of the subscription. I'm still missing a few things I'm not able to claim from that as well. Which I posted in the screenshots of the Ship Selector Vendor show I am selecting the ship I was already awarded from an event or previous Zen purchase. A lot of those ships and items were earned from doing events which are limited time and from exchange purchases. I'm even willing to record a demo video showing and replicating my issue of not being able to acquire these ships I already purchased, readied up and played with previously. It will show that I'm no longer able to do so because, your ship bundling option restricts my access to what I already previously owned or was awarded. (See attached video for replication of 2 issues.)
