Anniversary Giveaways

Tried claiming the second free Anniversary giveaway today (Duty Officer Pack) on multiple characters and I could not claim it.

This occured in an Xbox Series X, on 13 March at approximately 1015 hrs. I used a Romulan, Federation and TOS Federation character.

Cannot claim on any character regardless of faction on all 14 toons.

PS players and likely Xbox players are having the same issue with being unable to claim the Fleet Support doffs

Well, technically, it's the fifth giveaway, but the point stands as I cannot claim it either!

Tried on my 3 chars
Fed Aligned Romulan lvl 65
Klingon Recruit lvl 16
Fed lvl 8 (though I think this one is correct because he doesn't unlock DOFF until lvl 11.
