I made a ticket with tech support through Star Trek Online to report this fault.
Because they can't find a solution for me that works, they've decided to refund me the Zen.
As per instructions, I tried changing maps etc. Logging out and into the game. I even verified installed files for corruption. I even went through various options in Tailor to no success.
So here I am. I've been asked to make this post for Arc to refund me the Zen.
I hope this is all fine.
