Advanced TFO Awards Normal Dil and Materials

The TFO Azure Nebula Rescue (Advanced) appears to award Normal level dilithium (480 ore) and Normal Queue R&D Materials.
The following is a cut-and-paste of the System chat after completing the TFO. In this case, I queued for a Random Advanced, so the System messages show the mismatch between the Random Queue reward (which is the Advanced version) and the Queue Rewards (which are Normal level):
I've verified that the same behavior occurs when queueing for Azure Nebula Rescue (Advanced) directly (i.e., not a Random). Also, when queueing directly, the Join dialogue displays the TFO title as "Azure Nebula Rescue (Advanced)," so some part of the system thinks it's spinning up an Advanced instance.
I've been seeing this behavior consistently for a long time -- I don't recall how long ago I first noticed it, but it's long-standing and, as far as I can tell, not intermittent. It should be easy to reproduce.
