Lifetime Subscription Pack - dead "Continue" button

I want to buy a lifetime subscription but after adding the product to the cart --> the "Continue" button does not work. Have anyone had such a problem? I wrote to support yesterday, but so far they are silent.
The problem occurs with every package, not just this one. I can easily buy ZEN currency through the online store and launcher, but for some reason I can't buy packages ("continue" button in cart doesn't respond to anything).
Changing browser/network/computer as well as clearing cookies and cache didn't help. Re-adding and removing different packages from the cart also does nothing.The "Continue" button does not work on both the website and the ARC launcher. All same is when I want to buy any package via smartphone. The button also does not work when I try to buy any package via smartphone.
Have you heard of such a problem?
