Unable to upgrade beam weapon

Hello,

I had purchased the Terran 12th Anniversary bundle, which came with the Engle Mirror Strike Wing Escort. That ships comes with the default Emitter-Linked Phaser Beam Array and Photon Torpedo Standard Issue. Now both items have the ♾️ symbol.

When I press A on the Xbox controller and select More Details…. It mentions this is a leveless item and that once im at Level 60, I can convert it to Mk XII by right clicking it and selecting “Upgrade”. I have 2 Federation characters and neither one can convert these items to Mk XII as neither have the option to select upgrade on these weapons.

I’ve already raised this via a Support Ticket (864007)

From my understanding White items supplied with ships cannot be upgraded. I don't know why it says you can but I'm fairly sure you can't upgrade those.

Yep, this is it exactly.
The error is in the tooltip saying you can upgrade the items when you actually cannot.
