Any chance the "game freeze upon launching" bug will be fixed one day?

As the title says... Yes, it's back, and now it's happening every single day when launching STO for the first time, forcing me to force-close the whole thing through Task Manager before re-launching it again.

Mind you, it's in no way a game breaking thing, but please, understand this is annoying, and which is worse, it really doesn't give a good impression to a possible new player who would be running the game for the first time.

I have had the same thing happening for me for quite some time. With the last patch, it is nearly constant. First time running the game, the game hangs and I need to use Task Manager to close the client. Restarting the game usually is fine afterwards.
