Emperor uniform is incomplete, and most pieces are unavailable on female characters

Got the Emperor Uniform from completing Eye of the Storm and tried to use it on my female vulcan Discovery captain, as well as my joined trill female, (I've vet to do the mission on my other captains), but it is incomplete.
1. The jacket appears in both the tight and loose sections, even though it's clearly loose.
2. The emperor pants and boots are unavailable for female characters.
3. The emperor accessory pieces are only available if the 'tight' version of the jacket is selected.
4. Only the left shoulder emperor accessory pieces are available to female characters (both captains and bridge officers). No other pieces are available.
5. The full emperor uniform, jacket, pants, boots, and all accessory pieces are only available to male characters, no matter if they're captains or bridge officers, EXCEPT
6. The right shoulder accessory piece is missing for all characters, no matter if the tight or lose version of the jacket is selected.
