Having issue Submitting Colony World Holding Contributions Provision to Outstanding Projects

After the patch 01/24/2023, i was having issue on submitting Colony World Holding Contributions Colony Provision like the battery, Ore and Luxury provisions, cannot submit the provision to the projects that are active. I looked in the Coffer section and saw that i have 250,000 provisions for each ore, battery and luxury and its gray out not orange active. My projects are on locked down until you fix this, furthermore it is happening on the Federation side as well, not just Klingon side of the house. I also saw on the coffer that you added Security & Tactical, Medical & science, Engineering & Operations and Civilian Duty Officers Transfers, it does not work, cannot donate anything at all. My Armada Guilds are having the same issue, everything was working ok until you enter the patch on 01/24/2023, I also found out a change in you report issue when you click on the question mark (Help and Support), you remove (BUG Report) what up with that over, cannot make a ticket for it. please fix this quickly, Thank you for your support.
