The Fujiwhara Effect aka Dude, Where's my ship?

Doing the mission the Fujiwhara effect in an emerald Chain Juggernaut. leave space dock breifing, and everything is normal. Warp to Juipitar, and my ship doesn't load. it's there, but but no VFX show, with the exception of the Viridian lance and the genesis seed. cannon fire and torps don't even show. makes things very difficult.

Issue persists through the Mars section, and the earth section. finally resolved when entering The Other.
