Mission: The Fujiwhara Effect
Map: NA
On completing The Fujiwhara Effect after the final cut scene completed instead of returning to sector space for the mission reward, found myself back in sector space and having to restart the mission from the beginning of the Operation: Earth chapter having to grind through to the end again. This time granting the rewards.
Further my BOFFs were removed from their bridge stations emptying the powers tray, this happened both times on completion as below. Screen grab from after the second run
