Galaxy map movment bugged ?

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
has anyone noticed that moving in the Glalaxy map (world map) is unusually slow as in you are moving at a snails pace but when in a planet map or any other map than galaxy map u move normally has anyone noticed this just now?
