Issues with the Tailor

When using the tailor at Earth Space dock (not sure if the same issue occurs with the others but I'm guessing it does) There are some graphic tearing and overlays when altering bridge officers, so much so that you can barely see your officer you are trying to alter. Sometimes the added pixels don't always appear, but there is one issue that remains and that is the in-ability to rotate your character or bridge officer. They just do not turn around at all so you can't see how anything looks from the side or behind. You can bring them close or move them back, but cannot rotate them around. This still occurs even after logging out and restarting the game from scratch.
The next time I see some graphic tearing or pixelation I'll try an screen shot it, this happens also when you acquire a new Boff and choose the change uniform option even when you are not at the tailor.

I can verify this. Meant to post about it, but forgot.
No steps needed to replicate, just visit the tailor and the issues are readily apparent. It's been like this for a few months now.
