It was two weeks between the time I moved into my new house and the time the cable company could come and hook up my internet, which they finally did earlier today, so no anniversary goodies for me.
At least (I think) I still have time to get the ship, though I'll not use it once I get the trait unlock. I'm sure I will find it helpful in admiralty, which I still do.

A question about - Elite Bridge Officer Upgrade Tokens...
Am I correct in my understanding that if I use this on a Green BOFF, even that Boff become Elite?
Thanks for the link, and I read it five times. Still don't know the answer.
It says, and I quote,
Applying a token to your Bridge Officer will instantly add:
Upgrade to Ultra Rare, upgrading all Inherent Traits to maximum rank for their respective types
It doesn't say it'll increase by one rank, or by X ranks, but "to Ultra Rare" - all the way up, no matter what their current rank.
