Fleet Non-Civilian Duty Officers Dilithium Contribution not working

When I attempted to contribute Dilithium to the Starbase III upgrade Non-Civilian Duty Officers, I would move the bar to say 6000 Dilithium, which would increase the duty officers progress by 20, and select the contribute button, first it would give me the credits, but it would not change the progress. Now it is not even giving me fleet credits, while still not adding progress.


I had even completed a red alert mission and attempted the same thing, and the progress still wouldn't advance.

Does anyone else have the same issue?

There has been a long running bug where fleet projects dont refresh after donations, Try donating something to a different project and see if it refreshes it. Like EC marks expertise or something else on a different holding will cause it to refresh, it could be full already.
