Discovery Section 31 Badge Positioned Incorrectly on Survival Jacket Open

As you can see in comparison to the Kelvin badges, the Discovery Section 31 badge is not positioned properly and stays in the same spot on both the closed (which is fine) and open versions of the Survival Jacket.
DECA, two 23c Section 31 ships remain that can EASILY be built!
Hou Yi (Shiva +2 top nacelles) and Deimos (Nimrod -2 bottom nacelles)!
