Liberated Borg Doff 22 or 47 , chance to increase Armor Penetration actually increases Hull Pen

Hello,

As per the title, the description for the borg doff 22 of 47 does not match the effect. Bought this based on the description for Armor pen which costs quite a bit on the exchange.

Before: Hull penetration = 85
After: Hull penetration = 135

85 + 50 = 135

I don't understand how it doesn't match?

According to the wiki, 1 Armor Pen = 10 Hull Penetration points, thus total Hull Pen points should be 585, not 135. This might be OP though,
something like 20 Armor Pen (200 Hull Pen points) seems more reasonable.

And btw, if 50 Hull Pen points was the intended, then description should say "5 Armor Penetration".

It's 10 Hull Penetration = 1 Armor Penetration. Armor Penetration is a hidden number and adding to Armor Penetration does not change your Hull Penetration number as Hull Penetration adds to Armor Penetration not the other way around. The fact it adds 50 to Hull penetration would suggest the tool tip is incorrect and should read "Hull Penetration".
