Frosty Boots Missing Again

This is the 3rd year in a row that my frosty boots for one of my characters have gone missing again. I checked prior to the even going live and they were there and when the event went live they were gone again. It is really starting to annoy me. I purchased them a 2nd time last year, but yet again they have gone from my Bank inventory. Nor are they in my char inventory. This seems to be only affecting one character in particular as my other char still has the boots. I would put a ticked in but trying to get to the ticked webpage brings up a Error 404 page not found when I try and log in.
