Lobi Costume Glitched on Bridge Officers

Greetings Captains,

During the latest Lobi store sale, I purchased the "Tholian Silk Robes" on a 2409 Federation male character with the intent on having a bridge officer equip the outfit. On the sto.fandom website it clearly states that bridge officers can wear this outfit. Upon attempting to place it on my male bridge officer in the tailor the outfit was nowhere to be found. I then switched to my Captain to see if I could equip it there. I can and it is under the "robes" tab. My Captain is a male alien. I then went back to my bridge officers and checked for the "robes" tab but it is not listed in the drop down menu. The Tholian Silk Robes also do not show up under the "jackets tight" or "jackets loose" tabs. I tried this on a male human bridge officer, male alien bridge officer, and male holographic bridge officer and the robes to not show up.

After discovering this bug, I submitted a ticket to have the developers investigate this problem. Their response was to post a topic in the forums to raise awareness on this issue and have more players submit tickets so it may be moved up the priority ladder for a potential fix. I explained in the ticket that players may have tried using their hard earned Lobi crystals for this and other Lobi costumes that may not be working due to the bug. If its affecting me, it's affecting others as well. If you have tried purchasing Lobi outfits PLEASE check to see if they are functioning properly and don't waste your crystals until a fix can be ordered. If you have also encountered a similar issue please submit a ticket and post it in the forums so the developers can correct the problem.

Thank you, Captains! See you out in the galaxy! LLAP

It's the same across alot of clothing items that can't be selected for Boffs.

NB: Support does not deal with bugs, just account issues. The proper way is to post them here, so there is a visible list Dev's can check.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
