NPC issue at Starfleet Academy

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
All the roaming NPC's in the academy keep congregating in a small line in the main hall of the academy near the Services Desk.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

    It's because they changed the Academy map and removed the doorway where the NPC's used to walk through, now they have no where to go.
