Breen Cryonic Torpedo has no damage increase under High Yield 1

HY1 does not affect damage on the new breen cryonic torpedo. HY2 and HY3 do affect the damage yet the damage is exactly the same between the 2. Any HY enhancement activated causes the tooltip on the cryonic torpedo to change it's secondary effect descriptions to the Nausican torpedo secondary effect description.

Since HY1 is affected by the damage not scaling this also affects any of these torps fired under Concentrate Firepower.

Bought another breen cryo torp for a different character. The HY1 when active is slightly lower damage than a normal unenhanced torpedo on this one. HY2/3 are as they should be damage wise on this character but the tooltip still shows secondary effects from the nausican torpedo when under any High Yield effect. Damage bug under HY1 is not limited to tooltip error, parsing runs shows any HY1 breen cryo torpedo doing significantly less damage than even an unenhanced breen torpedo.

They're better when you use Torpedo Spread than High Yield, High Yield just shoots one slightly glowy torpedo that's weak but with Torpedo Spread there's a bigger explosion and activates the Breen Cryonic Blackout (like the cold version of Gravity Well), if you're using the whole set you'll get that which i recommend.

The set definitely needs a bit of tweaking though but it's new i guess.... needs bigger explosions, the set gives a boost to weapon and torpedo damage but like any weapons it gets better as you upgrade them and you never see the full potential of them until you do. It will perform much better if you're a Science character though that uses Excotic Damage because AOE relies on Excotic Damage.
