I just finished up a run in with Kramp'Ihri and after was listening to him repeat himself three time in a loop, I realized who he sounds like...
Cookie Monster. A little echo was added but if you add, Nom, Nom, Nom after ever line, you might hear it too.
I'm not saying it was planned that way, just that that's how he sounds to me now.
