Missing Toque/Beanie options

Romulan Liberated Borg and Reman Liberated Borg are not able to select 'Beanie' in the head options, while Human Liberated Borg as well as regular Romulans andRemans can. Aliens and androids have the same problem.

My Romulan Liberated Borg is allied with Starfleet, able to buy both the Romulan and Starfleet 'Beanies', but is unable to open up the Starfleet 'Beanie': "You do not meet the requirements for this item."

Apparently Disco Klingons have the same issue with the Klingon Beanie, unable to select/see it in the head options menu.

My Starfleet toon isn't getting the option either... and he's just a Human

Can confirm at least that my Disco Klingon has no option to wear the new Klingon Winter Hat - Knitted. My bridge officers, Orion, default Klingon, Ferasan and Nausicaan are all able to.

My Fed aligned Jem'Hadar character can't open up/unlock the 'Beanie', same with my Klingon aligned Jem'Hadar.

There is still a lingering issue where my Liberated Borg Romulan, allied with the federation, cannot wear the 2022 Romulan Beanie. They can purchase the starfleet and romulan beanie but the tailor custom UI only allows for the 2022 Federation and 2023 federation beanies to be selected, not the 2022 Romulan Beanie.
