Reman Boff Lost Purchased tag, purchased again thinking it was unique Boff to the one i already had

Had Reman borg boff in crew, upgraded him. noticed reman borg boff in zen store able to be purchased, bought it with zen, unable to be used as same as previously bought Reman Borg Boff, should have been tagged as puchased. and now i just wanted a refund and it to stay flagged as purchased as i don't want to pay for the same thing twice when it should have been account bound in the first place.
