Event Reputation tab still shows I have an event active.

On four of my characters, I can still open the Events Reputation tab. Three of them it just gives me the blank 'THIS REPUTATION HAS BEEN RETIRED' and a little bit of information about what to do. On the fourth character, it actually shows as having the Crystalline Entity event still ongoing, with 2 of 14 shards towards the event award. Nothing I can do will clear it, and I can't drop it to make it go away. I wasn't paying much attention earlier, as I was working on my other characters, but its been stuck there since at least sometime around 2019(?) or so, or whenever the last Crystalline Entity event took place. I sent in an Account Support ticket (#825094), and they suggested I report it here.

    Have you tried collecting the reward?

    Repeatedly. It likely won't work as I only have 2 of 14 shards and/or because that reputation technically no longer exists.

    Considering how I can never tell with that character when a reputation is ready, its rather annoying, and as I even stated in the ticket: at this point, I'd be fine with it just going away and I wouldn't even care about the reward(s). Just make it disappear.
