Caitian Loss of Jump Height

I have not had access to my increased jump height on my Caitian since the Boff upgrade tokens dropped. I sent a message to support, and they were completely useless. Told me I had to request help here

Support doesn't deal with bugs, only your Account. You are supposed to post bugs here.

Entire Caitian/Ferasan race trait missing and/or nonfuntional since elite boff token update.

This is still a thing. I have now noticed that my race traits as a Joined Trill are not functioning either, which led me to try other passive "always active" race traits. Orions are not working. Looks like something done in the BOFF Upgrade Token update has eliminated all race traits.

By now, with no word from our gracious hosts at all, I'm starting to think this was intentional and we're not getting those abilities back. I suggest taking them off the store all together then, and only advertise the buyable races as cosmetic.

Is this even being looked into? I feel like I paid for these races for nothing. Not even one "Yeah we know about this, we're looking into it." from the team. I mean... I realise I'm a traitor and all, having switched to just console; but I think we deserve at the very least being told if this was intentional, or is being worked on, or something.

Probably one of the most frustrating things about this section of the forums. They ask us to report bugs here but have also stated that they will not acknowledge or reply to the reports within this forum, but that they do take note of them and supposedly look into them. They just don't have the time to respond to each and every bug report, I get that, but it is also very annoying, being kept in the dark as to whether or not they even saw what you reported.

It's just the way things are here, frustrating as it is, but we just have to accept their word that they do in-fact take note and record each bug report, provided enough information is supplied that enables them to replicate the bug.

While I'm not looking for a direct response in forums, I do atleast look for any indication that the issue has even been noticed. There's been nothing in patch notes to address it, no kind of even half-baked attempt to give it a shoddy patch, or anything. At this point it's been nearly half a year, and they won't even acknowledge that their new feature shafted people who's money they've already taken.

I like the new bridge officer upgrade. It was a cool idea, and something we've wanted the likes of for a long time. I know the old trait system (as well as the doff system) needs reworked. That's most likely the source of the issue with the traits being effected by this. It doesn't take but five seconds to add a line to one of your updates with a bullet point that says it's one of the many things on the todo list.
