Can't claim Nanopulse War Targ and Sword of Gre'thor from Zen Store

Currently, I'm unable to claim the Nanopulse War Targ and the Sword of Gre'thor on the rest of my characters that have not claimed these items yet. It's been months since I purchased them, and I've been able to claim them no problem with some of my characters prior to this month. Today was the first day I noticed that the Nanopulse War Targ and the Sword of Gre'thor cannot be claimed, and these are with characters that have never claimed the items yet.

    Did you buy them or earn them from the event? If you earned them, you reclaim these from the Event reclaim, not the Zen Store.

    No, I bought them from the Zen Store about 2 months ago during the Mudd's discount sale.

    I just made a character and after the tutorial , I went to Mudd's to reclaim the Nanopulse War Targ, but it isn't there. Restarted game and it showed up
