Ship Mastery shown incorrectly in drydock.

This bug has been around FOREVER. Ships put into drydock show Mastery Incomplete even if you have unlocked it.

    I'll confirm they show as the wrong way around.
    Ships with completed mastery show as "Mastery Incomplete" and ships with incomplete masteries are labelled as "Mastery Complete".
    I'm on PS4, so this isn't specific to Xbox.
