in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
The Achievement didn't unlock after collecting all data chips. I've tried changing instances, areas, logging out/in, hard resetting the Xbox and reinstalling the game but nothing.
I submitted a ticket to Arc Support and they confirmed its a bug but what makes this even more infuriating is, that it's just happened AGAIN on my SECOND character?!!!
I have spent considerable time running repetitive missions like 'Mountain Pass' and spending large amounts of EC on the exchange for no Achievement, TWICE now!

    The Achievements are tied to the corresponding accolades. It would be worth checking there to confirm the accolade has popped, or to see if there's missing requirements.
