Any time Kal Dano is in a map he is wearing his EV suit. Cut scenes and conversations he shows up as wearing his uniform. It doesn't hinder progress, it just looks odd.
A Trill, a Gorn, a Jem'Hadar, Bejoran and a Voth walk into a bar, and the Bartender asks "What is this a Joke?"
"Nope, just my away team" the trill replies before ordering a round for the bar.

It's the opposite of the same EV-suit-related bug that forces you into it when playing "Mirrors and Smoke" and "What's Left Behind".
These missions have environments that are toxic enough to make re-breakers nice to have but EV suits aren't really needed. Currently, these missions force you into your EV suit.
