Connection issues with the forum?

anyone having issues loading/connecting to the STO forums today, I had to reload pages several times to make them to show on my PC and the error it gives is that "www.arcgames.com didn't allow connection" or words to that effect.

    Yea... had a hickup earlier. Was also talking with baddmoon who confirmed there was a hickup.

    I blame the Vanilla people.
