Did not get my Phoenix Prize Pack(10)

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
bought the Phoenix Prize Pack(10) from the dilithium store and did not receive it, waited 24hrs to see if it would populate but did not. character name is ZEHME@NIGHTWCHTR

    Did you open a ticket with Customer Support? If not, you should do so as only can help you with missing items.

    Customer Support doesn't seem very supportive... The one thing I brought up with them while read hasn't been dealt with they just told me to put a post up here so the head GM could see it and then nothing not even a word
