Space Ability Wheel Descriptions Missing Since Summer Event Update

The SPACE ability wheels for L1/2, Square, Triangle and Circle do not display the details of any of the abilities. [The wheels for my ground abilities is unaffected.] The wheel comes up and I can activate abilities from them but the description box never comes up no matter how long I wait. This has been going on since the summer update for Risa on this specific character.

    @fullmetalaviator#9834 Edit your initial post. You include a response from support in your post it is against forum policy to include any third party communication between yourself and them. It is in your best interest to edit the post yourself or a moderator will do it.
