Terran Withering Cannon and turret Rapid fire FX broken since 2021

as the title says the terran rep single cannons and turrets have broken firing FX when using rapid fire, the issue was reported back in 2021 but the issue was never fixed, the Damage still goes through just that the single cannons and turrets have no visual firing effects when using them with rapid fire active, the dual cannons work just fine
