Tailor - Zambean Outfit from Lobi Store Issues for Female Player and Boff

What the issue is
-The Robes - Zambean uniform top is missing from the Uniform section of female player and boff characters though visible for male boffs.
-The Zambean Outfit category in the tailor improperly shows only 3 of 4 colorable sections for Robes - Zambean in the tailor for female players (locking the 4th as gray).
(Showing up in male boff Uniform category)
(With 4 colorable sections)
(Missing from female boff Uniform category)
(Missing from female player Uniform category)
(Showing up in female player Zambean Robes category, but with only 3 colorables)
What steps you already tried when attempting to resolve your issue (if applicable)
-Switching between uniform categories Results: no change
-Trying tailors at different maps Results: all same
-Loading a saved outfit (Uniform, Robe - Zambean) from a male boff with the 4th color changed Results: "invalid parts" message
