Temporal Surge Trait - no longer appears in list of available traits even if mastered

This trait is essentially gone from the game - unless you already had it slotted prior to the patch last week, in which case the icon and ability are still on your hotbar. However any new ships, you cannot choose this trait anymore from the list. I think this was reported before - but it's not resolved in the patch notes for tomorrow so I figure I should make a new thread so it's clear.
